Phoenix Thermal Resort - Taupo

The private thermal spa was very nice, and I enjoyed using it every night. The room was clean and had a well-stocked kitchen, perfect for my needs. A bit dated, but overall I'd recommend this hotel!

the hotel was ideal in general, had supper friendly staff that went above-and-beyond customer service. venue's location was wonderful, to resturants etc. stopped by the wholesome kitchen ltd to get some coffee and treats, its right by the venue, recommend.

Easy check-in, reasonably spacious and updated rooms with a really nice garden, very comfortable bed, for instance. The pool area is amazing too: D

Nice pool, parking on site. New-fashioned & neat room, air conditioner, a lounge and a proper heating in there. Stunning location to Waipahihi Botanical Gardens.

Clean property with great staff that went above-and-beyond customer service. Newly renovated, spotless room with a good size bathroom. Location - wonderful, just next door to a beautiful rose garden, downtown, and the main tourist attractions...

The rooms here got a nice makeover recently. They are pretty big and have awesome lighting. There is an upstairs bedroom and even a balcony for some fresh air and cool views. 🌆 the staff is super friendly and quick to help out with anything you need.

The location was excellent and stunning, close enough to the lake and town. There was a great selection of food for breakfast.

The setting of the resort was particularly good, with a lovely garden area outside. Being upstairs in the loft allowed us to easily view the lake as we woke up.

This place was a great spot for exploring the area, had a lot of fun, and the staff were very helpful and provided excellent customer service; the room with separate kitchen and bathroom areas was amazing.

I liked how perfect and fabulous the property was and its attentive staff that went above and beyond with customer service. The location in the middle of the town was convenient and handy.

Phoenix Thermal Resort in Taupo is a clean place with great and kind staff who provide above-and-beyond customer service. the location is marvelous, still close to activities in the town center. Additionally, there is free parking on site.

Conveniently located close to all the main attractions. the apartment was top-notch, had a nice shower, hairdryer, and fresh towels included 😊.

The room is new-fashioned and charming with a balcony, air conditioning, a cozy bed, and friendly staff that provide excellent service beyond expectations.

I spent New Year's Eve at a resort and enjoyed the fireworks display from our balcony. The view was spectacular and we had blankets provided to keep warm. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. The resort was quiet and it was easy to get a good night's sleep.

The resort was too far away from town and we had to pay extra for transportation. The resort did not have any activities or events planned for New Year's Eve, which was quite boring.
